Return Eligibility
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in its original condition.
- Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
- Include all original tags and packaging where applicable.
- Not show signs of damage caused after delivery.
All return requests are reviewed individually.

- Clear photographs of the item if requested.

Return Approval
We understand that every situation is different.
If you provide a genuine and reasonable explanation for returning your item, we will carefully assess your request. Approved returns will be arranged by our support team, including instructions for returning the item.
Approval of returns remains at the discretion of The Kit Hub SA after reviewing the circumstances of each request.
Return Shipping
If your return request is approved, we will arrange the collection or return process with you.
Where the return results from:
- a defective product,
- an incorrect item being supplied, or
- another issue for which The Kit Hub SA is responsible,
we will cover the reasonable cost of returning the item.
For all other approved returns, return shipping arrangements will be communicated during the approval process.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping charges, where already incurred and not required by applicable consumer law to be refunded, may be excluded from the refund amount.
Non-Eligible Returns
A return request may not be approved if:
- The item has been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.
- The item is returned without prior approval.
- The item is not returned in substantially the same condition in which it was received.
- The request is considered fraudulent, abusive or inconsistent with this policy.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Please include photographs showing the issue so we can resolve it promptly through a replacement, exchange or refund where appropriate.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights available to consumers under applicable South African consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2008, where applicable.
